According to the 2023-2024 Job Market Report by JobsGO, 53.3% of candidates are interested in development and learning opportunities at the workplace. In Vietnam, only 11% feel "very satisfied" with the meaning of their current job, the lowest rate in Southeast Asia. The Japanese retailer scored perfectly on Development Opportunities and nearly perfectly on Company Reputation, Quality of Life and Work, and Culture and Values. Specifically, the report highlighted that the level of employee happiness at AEON Vietnam is higher than the average in the retail sector and the overall market in Vietnam, with nearly 80% compared to the retail sector average of 66% and the overall market average of 75%. This result also reflects that the emotional engagement, work motivation, and effort of employees at this retailer are higher than the industry and market averages. Notably, 86% feel proud to be a member of AEON Vietnam.
