AEON Vietnam has been developing and operating the GMS to offer a comprehensive shopping choice including foods, clothing, household, electrical products, health and beauty care, baby goods. AEON Vietnam strives to offer the superb shopping experience that enhances the convenience, comfort and enrich customers’ lifestyle in suburban area. Up to 2020, AEON Vietnam has been operating total of 5 GMS nationwide including:
- GMS AEON – Tan Phu Celadon (in Tan Phu District, HCMC)
- GMS AEON – Binh Duong Canary (in Binh Duong)
- GMS AEON – Long Bien (in Long Bien District, Hanoi)
- GMS AEON – Binh Tan (in Binh Tan District, HCMC)
- GMS AEON – Ha Dong (in Ha Dong District, Hanoi)
We tentatively open 6th GMS, AEON – Hai Phong Le Chan (in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City) in late 2020.
Our GMS format is structured including 03 floors.
Ground floor (1st floor in the North)
Up to now, AEON Vietnam has cooperated with over 2,000 domestic suppliers to offer approximate 40,000 products in supermarket. Especially, AEON Vietnam arranged one corner to display our Private brand product – AEON TOPVALU with over 100 products including foods and non-foods with high-quality and affordable price to respond to customers’ diversified demands. Moreover, on the ground floor, AEON Vietnam also set up the Delica and Bakery counters to offer diversified cuisines and fantastic cakes from Vietnam, Japan to other countries such as 100 kinds of Sushi, Oden, Chinese dishes, French stick bread or Donuts, Kebab, etc. These items are daily fresh made to ensure the high-quality and safety.
First floor (2nd floor in the North)
On the 1st floor in GMS, AEON Vietnam offers diversified clothing, cosmetic, fashion accessories, shoes and bags, sport wear for both men and ladies in multi-ages. For fashion items, AEON Vietnam has been developing our owned brand products to meet the demands of local customers such as Scarlet, JBABY, JKIDS, etc.
Second floor (3rd floor in the North)
On the 2nd floor, our customers will be offered multi choices for mom and baby goods, multimedia corner, household and home fashion furniture, electrical items and stationery.
It is operated as the flat price store with thousands of DAISO JAPAN products for customers’ daily needs like household items, stationery, kitchen and gardening goods.
PETEMO pet shop system of AEON group, is a “Pet shop” model organized according to Japanese standards, meeting the need of genuine product and providing diverse services for pets. PETEMO wishes to become the most prestigious shop system where your pet is served and cared dedicatedly.
Glam Beautique is among biggest cosmetics, perfumes and health care stores in Vietnam, combining between AEON Wellness stores and major brands such as SHISEIDO, LANCOME, LANEIGE, ASTALIFT, SULWHASOO, ... Glam Beautique offers special services such as Makeup Station & K-Beauty Makeup Corner, Natural & Organic Product Area, Consulting, Care and Examination.
We offer a wide range of bicycle types from city bicycles to easy-to-use bicycle for both beginners and family use. At AEON Bicycle stores, our well-trained staffs will provide customers the detailed guidance. We arrange a trial corner in each AEON Bicycle store so that customers could test the product before purchasing bicycle. Furthermore, we also offer a full service for customers from maintenance to repair.
Along with a growth of digital trend in Vietnam market, AEON Vietnam has launched the official E-commerce website named AEON ESHOP since 2017. For this business segment, we offer wide range of product categories that meet customers’ demands, especially including high-quality Japanese products. In addition, we mainly focus on introducing and promoting AEON’s Private Brand – TOPVALU products to customers.
In 2020, AEON Vietnam launched a new business, the AEON MaxValu Supermarket system to bring customers convenient, safe and healthy shopping experiences with a variety of products and services, attentive and dedicated by Japanese standards. As of June 2022, we opened 10 AEON MaxValu supermarkets in Hung Yen and Hanoi. In the coming time, we will continue to develop this business segment to bring “AEON standards” closer to Vietnamese consumers.
AEON Compact General Merchandise Store & Supermarket "lean organisation". In April 2022, AEON Vietnam opened the first "Compact LeanGeneral Merchandise Store & Supermarket" - AEON The Nine at THE NINE building - 9 Pham Van Dong street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. The launch of a new retail model "Compact General Merchandise Store & Supermarket" is in company's medium-term business strategy to accelerate the development of diversified retail models and promote expanding investment in the Vietnam market. Model of The AEON Compact General Merchandise Store & Supermarketand lean supermaket of AEON Vietnam has an area of 1,000 - 5,000 m2 and located in the inner city/ residential areas to bring AEON quality experiences and standards closer to customers. Therefore, customers can fully enjoy their daily life.
