2020 is the second year in a row that AEON Vietnam has received the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award from HR Asia magazine.

This year, HR Asia evaluates companies according to results from independent studies of the working environment; Employee surveys and in-depth interviews with the company's human resources leadership. In which, the employee survey is based on the employee satisfaction assessment model based on 03 factors: Core (Corporate Culture); Self (Employee Engagement); Group (Team spirit).

In all aspects, the survey scores of AEON Vietnam are higher than the industry's average. Specifically, AEON Vietnam scored 4.63 / 5, higher than the industry's average (3.6) for the content "The company values employee benefits over profit" in the group "Core - Corporate Culture". Also in this group, enterprises scored 4.72 / 5, higher than the industry's average (3.8) when employees were asked, “Does the company encourage departmental cooperation or encourage staff to rotate across departments?”. In the group "Self - Employee Engagement", the enterprise reached 4.59 / 5 points - higher than the industry's average (3.94) because the majority of employees answered “Willing to continue to work for the company in the future”. In addition, with the content "We are willing to support colleagues" in the group "Group - Team spirit", AEON Vietnam was evaluated positively by the staff and achieved 4.75 / 5 points - higher than the industry's average (4.07).
