Sustainability in human resources is one of the three main pillars in AEON Vietnam's sustainable development strategy, contributing to shaping the brand and driving the company's growth over more than a decade of commitment to millions of Vietnamese consumers. Additionally, AEON employees participate in promoting and developing sustainable projects to raise awareness and foster connections with local communities. For example, the "Cleaning Day" event, held internally every month, aims to promote a green lifestyle and increase awareness of environmental protection.
